Trainees Present at The Allied Genetics Conference (TAGC) in Washington, DC.

March 11th, 2024

This past weekend, our trainees attended TAGC, or The Allied Genetics Conference, at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Metro Washington, DC. This conference is organized by the Genetics Society of America (GSA) and centers around bringing together researchers from disciplines such as genomics, neurogenetics, and technology to discuss their shared scientific interests. Our trainees had the chance to present their work to scientists from around the world as well as network with external researchers, discuss important scientific topics, and build stronger relationships with their IISAGE peers!

Four IISAGE Trainees Awarded Travel Fellowship for Fall 2024

December 15th, 2023

For the fall semester, IISAGE awarded four trainees with an Interlaboratory Travel Fellowship: Eric Randolph, Tristan Young, Yifei Fang, and Martina Dalikova. This award aims to enable postdoctoral fellows and/or graduate student members to engage in cross-disciplinary training by visiting any of our 11 participating laboratories. These visits offer IISAGE trainees the chance to acquire knowledge in a method not presently accessible at their home institution, guided by an expert within the IISAGE network.

If you are an IISAGE trainee interested in receiving this amazing award, please visit www.iisage.org/interlab-travel-fellowship for more information on how to apply.
